This website is operated by Cascade Center for Health and Flourishing, P.C. ("Cascade Center," "we," "us," or "our") in Easley, South Carolina.   • This website provides information about our research, consulting, educational resources, and mental healthcare services. Its content is for general informational and educational purposes. It is not individualized psychological, medical, legal, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
  • Viewing the website, downloading a resource, sending an inquiry, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a psychologist–patient, consulting, or other professional relationship. Any such relationship requires separate arrangements, including applicable consent and service agreements. Resources and measures should be used within their stated purposes and your professional competence; they should not be used alone to diagnose or make treatment decisions. No particular research, consulting, educational, or clinical outcome is guaranteed.

3. Emergencies and clinical inquiries

  • This website, its contact form, and email are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency department.
  • For psychological assessment or therapy inquiries, please call the Mosaic Center for Psychological Wholeness at (919) 377-9606. Do not submit health details, treatment records, or other sensitive clinical information through this website's general contact form or ordinary email. Contacting us this way does not establish a treatment relationship.

4. Downloading and sharing our resources

  • Unless a resource states different terms, you may freely download and share unchanged copies of resources owned by Cascade Center or Ward Davis for noncommercial purposes, with attribution. Retain all author credits, copyright notices, references, and any resource-specific terms. Attribution should identify the credited author, the resource title, Cascade Center where applicable, and a link to the original resource or this website.
